Agonda island view

The best part of the resort is that it is located right on the beach. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Meals in the restaurant while admiring the waves is a fabulous experience. Service by Deepak and his team at the restaurant is quite good. One can enjoy delicious barbecues in the evening in the open while admiring the stars. The resort is next to the backwaters. I would recommend a boat ride in the backwaters. I spotted many birds including Kingfishers, Drongo, Palm Swift... Seeing the fiddler crabs doing a mating dance was a rare treat. Most of all, I loved the quiet beach without the noise one gets to hear in many of the other popular tourist beaches. Great to see the guards protecting the Olive Ridley Sea Turtles when they come to nest.

Best location , clean property and very quite when you come for peace of mind this is the property you have to visit nothing negative but Before booking i went to some reviews regarding the property to mention one review which was negative i think that lady was absent minded totally. What ever she wrote was totally opposite we found the room plus property is awesome And i would like to thank the owner for replying back to this bulls__t guest hats off to the owner Food at the restaurant is good and very reasonable as compared to other nearby outlets Once again great will visit again Thank you Jeslyn at reception and Anthony for their hospitality

We loved everything. The staff were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and the wide range of choice. Our room was beautiful, the wood inside was a lovely touch and both the room and bathroom were spacious. We also really appreciated the gift of a cake on new year's eve--such a wonderful touch!

1. Facilities are very good considering the price. Value for money. They provide complimentary toiletries and 2 colddrinks, 1 beer, 1 litre water bottle with a mini fridge. Also electric kettle and tea/coffee option if you want to make on your own. 2. Location of the cottages and cottages are so cute. I would say the best part of the whole Agonda beach is infront of this property where river submerges into ocean. 3. Also the backwaters of river at the back side of property is so beautiful for bird watching and kayaking. 4. Don't forget bathroom is super cute. The photos on booking.com doesn't do justice to the actual beauty of the property. Honestly there are more pros than cons but still mentioning your for awareness: 1. There was a big cockroach in our room at night but I guess that's inevitable because all the properties on the beach are prone to insects and build design of any cottage can't avoid the trespassing of these insects. 2. People who are afraid of dog might find it scary because a huge group would we roaming on the brach at the eve and night, but again that's not specific to this property. They roam on whole beach length so all the properties will face this

The resort, stay, location is very very good. We had extremely nice host who provided good services. The beech us very private and very less crowd. It doesn't feel like as GOA which is known for huge crowd rather it feels like a peaceful retreat.
